# Is the campaign manager synced with Stiddle connectors in real-time?

> Understand how often Campaign Manager refreshes data and what affects sync speed.

Campaign Manager is **near** real-time. Here’s how syncing works:

## Default sync cadence

* **Automatic refresh** – every 15 minutes Stiddle pulls fresh data from each connected platform.
* **High-volume accounts** – may take longer because we paginate through every campaign/ad set/ad.
* **Webhooks** – critical delivery status changes (budget exhausted, ad rejected) can arrive sooner via platform webhooks.

## Manual refresh

Use the **Refresh** button next to the date picker to force an on-demand sync whenever you need an update sooner than the scheduled cycle.

## Factors that slow syncing

* Pending authentications or recently expired tokens.
* Platforms experiencing API rate limiting.
* Workspaces with hundreds of accounts selected at once.
