# Why am I not seeing some metrics within my campaign manager?

> Troubleshoot missing or blank columns in the Campaign Manager table.

## 1. Check column settings

* Open **Columns → Customize columns** and ensure the metric is enabled.
* Some presets hide advanced metrics by default—switch to “All metrics” to confirm.

## 2. Verify data source eligibility

* `Attributed` metrics require the Stiddle Pixel + mapped conversions.
* Platform-specific metrics (e.g., Engagement Rate) only appear for channels that support them.
* If you’re filtering to a single channel, shared metrics may disappear; clear the filter to confirm.

## 3. Confirm connector syncs

* Go to **Settings → Integrations** and make sure each connector shows **Synced** within the last few hours.
* Re-authenticate if you see a “Token expired” badge.

## 4. Check permissions

* Some ad platforms restrict certain metrics unless the user has analyst or admin rights.
* Ask a workspace admin to grant the necessary scope.

## 5. Contact Support

Include the workspace slug, metric name, screenshot of your columns panel, and the timeframe you’re viewing so we can investigate.
