# How to connect Facebook Ads to Stiddle

> Authorize Meta Ads so spend, delivery, and creative data syncs into Stiddle.

## Requirements

* Meta Business Manager admin access.
* Stiddle user with **Manage connector** permission.

## Connect the account

1. Go to **Settings → Connectors → Facebook Ads**.
2. Click **Connect account** and log in to Facebook.
3. Grant Stiddle access to the ad accounts, pages, and permissions requested (Ads Management, Business Management, etc.).
4. Back in Stiddle, select the ad accounts you want to sync and click **Save**.

## What syncs

* Campaign → Ad Set → Ad hierarchy, statuses, budgets, and delivery metrics.
* Original metrics (Spend, Impressions, Clicks).
* Creative previews and tracking parameters for quick QA.

## Optional: pixel + conversion API

Connecting Facebook Ads doesn’t automatically install the Stiddle Pixel. Use **Settings → Pixel** to deploy the pixel or server-side integration for full attribution.

## Troubleshooting

| Issue                          | Resolution                                                                                        |
| ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Account missing from dropdown  | Ensure your Facebook profile has at least advertiser access and that the account is not disabled. |
| Data stops syncing             | Re-authenticate the integration if you receive a “Token expired” email.                           |
| Unable to edit campaign status | Confirm the connector was authorized with **ads\_management** scope; reconnect if it was limited. |

After connecting, open Attribution Table, select the channel source "Facebook", and verify data appears for today’s date range.
