Campaign Manager is near real-time. Here’s how syncing works:

Default sync cadence

  • Automatic refresh – every 15 minutes Stiddle pulls fresh data from each connected platform.
  • High-volume accounts – may take longer because we paginate through every campaign/ad set/ad.
  • Webhooks – critical delivery status changes (budget exhausted, ad rejected) can arrive sooner via platform webhooks.

Manual refresh

Use the Refresh button next to the date picker to force an on-demand sync whenever you need an update sooner than the scheduled cycle.

Factors that slow syncing

  • Pending authentications or recently expired tokens.
  • Platforms experiencing API rate limiting.
  • Workspaces with hundreds of accounts selected at once.
