This is required to reset the API token from Google. We recommend following this process to troubleshoot any issues with data flowing from Google. If you find your Google Ads account to be disconnected from Stiddle but still showing as "Connected" or if the data is not flowing in Campaign Manager or Analytics Dashboards, this process should fix it.
Disconnecting Google Ads Connector From Stiddle
Navigate toward your left hand navigation bar, hover over "Data" and select "Connectors" or simply login and click here. Then select "Configure" below "Google Ads".
Next, select "Disconnect" under "Ad Accounts", then select "Disconnect" to the right, above "Re-Sync". NOTE: Be sure to disconnect both!
That's it! You've disconnected your Google Ads connector from Stiddle. If you're troubleshooting, you may want to follow the next steps below to ensure the entire integration is disconnected.
Disconnecting Stiddle From Google Account Settings
Login to the same Google account you used to connect Stiddle. Then navigate to your Google Account Settings, or simply select here.
Once logged in, select the "Security" tab to the left.
Then scroll down and select "See all connections" under the "Your connections to third-party apps & services" section.
You'll see a list of every app you've connected to Google. Search "Stiddle" in the right-hand search box, then select the Stiddle app.
Lastly, you'll see the below screen with information about the Stiddle app. Scroll to the bottom, then select "Delete all connections you have with Stiddle".
That's it! You've successfully deleted connection from Stiddle and Google. If you did this for troubleshooting the Google Ads connection, please be sure to connect Google Ads again back in Stiddle Connector settings. Once connected, refresh your page, select "Configure", then select the "Connect" button to the right of the ad account you want to connect.
