- Open Columns → Customize columns and ensure the metric is enabled.
- Some presets hide advanced metrics by default—switch to “All metrics” to confirm.
2. Verify data source eligibility
Attributedmetrics require the Stiddle Pixel + mapped conversions.- Platform-specific metrics (e.g., Engagement Rate) only appear for channels that support them.
- If you’re filtering to a single channel, shared metrics may disappear; clear the filter to confirm.
3. Confirm connector syncs
- Go to Settings → Integrations and make sure each connector shows Synced within the last few hours.
- Re-authenticate if you see a “Token expired” badge.
4. Check permissions
- Some ad platforms restrict certain metrics unless the user has analyst or admin rights.
- Ask a workspace admin to grant the necessary scope.
