1. Check column settings

  • Open Columns → Customize columns and ensure the metric is enabled.
  • Some presets hide advanced metrics by default—switch to “All metrics” to confirm.

2. Verify data source eligibility

  • Attributed metrics require the Stiddle Pixel + mapped conversions.
  • Platform-specific metrics (e.g., Engagement Rate) only appear for channels that support them.
  • If you’re filtering to a single channel, shared metrics may disappear; clear the filter to confirm.

3. Confirm connector syncs

  • Go to Settings → Integrations and make sure each connector shows Synced within the last few hours.
  • Re-authenticate if you see a “Token expired” badge.

4. Check permissions

  • Some ad platforms restrict certain metrics unless the user has analyst or admin rights.
  • Ask a workspace admin to grant the necessary scope.

Include the workspace slug, metric name, screenshot of your columns panel, and the timeframe you’re viewing so we can investigate.
